What is your delivery time?
If the goods are in stock and full payment is received from the customer, we will arrange delivery at the first time. Then it will be about 15 working days after receiving the deposit. What is the warranty period of your products?
Our machines are warranted for 12 months. During the warranty period, we will send replacement parts (circuit boards) free of charge. Damaged parts should be returned. Ink and related consumable accessories are not supported by the warranty return, please consult us in detail before purchase.
